Joel Pulliam news
On February 28, at 11:30 am, I will be on stage at CP+ 2025, one of the world’s largest camera and photography trade shows. I’ll be talking with three other photographers about the current state of street photography.
From March 4 to March 16, HikoHiko Gallery in Tokyo will be presenting INTERSECTIONS, an exhibition of contemporary photography from Korea and Japan. I planned the show’s design and layout. A few of my new photos are included.
From April 8 to April 13, my solo exhibition, SOME MEN THAT I REMEMBER, will be up at Iris Gallery in Tokyo. On display will be a five-meter-long collage of thousands of men’s faces cut out from photographs I have taken during my time in Tokyo and arranged chronologically. A very limited edition of handmade books based on the piece will be for sale.
I still have copies of my most recent book, MAILBOXES. If you’d like one, they cost 25 USD (2500 JPY), plus shipping.
